Using the app
Heldwell is a self-help and education tool for pelvic floor exercise. It is not medical care, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. Stop if an exercise causes pain and seek advice.
Purchases
Heldwell Pro is available as a 90-day Program Pass (a one-time, non-renewing purchase), a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial when you are eligible) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. The yearly subscription is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends, and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. The Program Pass ends 90 days after purchase and does not renew.
Free plan
Week 1 of the plan, the relax session, the hold test, quick sets, four guides, diary logging and all discreet-mode options (alternate icons, plain reminders, app lock) are free.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Deleting the app deletes its data.
