I feel no vibration

Haptics need a real iPhone (not a simulator) and Settings > Sounds and Haptics > System Haptics on. In Heldwell, check that haptics are on in Me.

Turn on Notifications for Heldwell in Settings, then switch the daily reminder on again in Me.

The lock uses Face ID or your iPhone passcode. If neither works, delete and reinstall the app (this deletes its data) and restore your purchase.

Me > Restore purchases, or on the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with. A Program Pass is restored with its original 90-day window.

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Heldwell Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Heldwell > Me > Delete all my data. Or delete the app.
